Eureka is a global AI firm that helps mobile operators make sense of their own data. They approached us to create a brand for a consumer research product, to be distributed through mobile operators globally, and this flowed on to work on the master brand too.
The first part of the project was naming, and given you would answer a series of questions in return for credit on your phone bill, we developed a name talking directly to that. Reward Now. Then we developed the brand and wrote the copy for the website, before designing and building the website – including a translation function allowing access from numerous countries. This saved the organisation a fortune on translation costs, and duplication into different websites. Reward Now launched, began generating income immediately and has now been introduced into 11 different countries, all from the one website.
After the success of this project we were asked to look at Eureka itself, and research began on the purpose, and positioning of the company. Taking the various target markets into account – mobile operators, advertising & media agencies, global brands – and analysing the diverse array of competitors, we eventually settled on the essence of the business.
We attached this to the brandmark, and used it as a springboard for copywriting the entire website, which we then designed and built, handing over to Eureka for the launch. Throughout this process we evolved, and organised, the brand hierarchy to better present the range of products on offer, and we helped create investor presentations that secured tens of millions of dollars of investment.
